Quotes & Project Analysis:

Our quotes are valid for 14 days. Quotes are based on an educated guess and are not always 100% accurate, however when recieving a quote you will also be given a max amount, meaning your cost will not exceed 'X" amount. Prior to the commencement of work, all projects will be fully layed out and all details will be discussed with you. You will also be provided with a quote at that time. All sites designed and developed by Undefined Designs will be maintained by Undefined Designs webmasters unless you have knowledge on using an FTP client and an HTML Editor to maintain your website on your own and or have specified otherwise. If you decide to leave the maintinence of your web site to our staff please specify that with your order.

 

Fees:

Initial deposit is required before work on the web project begins. We require a 50% deposit. The balance is to be paid on completion and acceptance by the client and prior to making the website accessible to the public.

 

Payment:

We accept a wide range of payments, however we have found that the best and most secure method of payment is electronic, we use the online merchant PayPal to process these transactions. You don't need an account to use this service. If you need a different source to send your funds this can be discussed by contacting webmaster@undefined-designs.net

 

Return/Refund Policy:

We do not offer refunds on completed materials, once the work has be delivered there is no way to insure it will not be used, therefore there is no refunds granted.

Our work is customized and are the sole property of Undefined Designs. When making a purchase you are granted the permission to use our work on your site, not anyone else. All designs from this site are not to be re-distributed or re-sold. Anyone found to be re-distributing will be prosecuted to the highest extent of the law.
